Juno Terms of Service Agreement

General Provisions

This Juno User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to your use of the Juno service ("Service"), including the Juno application, a one-on-one video social application operated by HappyMingle Technology Limited ("we," "our," or "Juno"). Our company's registered address is Ruko Campton, Blok B Nomor 11 , Desa/Kelurahan Sampora, Kec. Cisauk, Kab. Tangerang, Provinsi Banten, Kode Pos: 15345. When using the Juno service, you are also bound by the Juno Privacy Policy and must comply with any other guidelines or rules posted or provided to you within the Service. Certain paid features we offer are also subject to relevant supplementary terms. Once you begin using our Service, or click "Agree" during the registration process, it signifies that you fully understand and agree to be legally bound by all terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time, with the revised agreement taking effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement

1.1 This Agreement, together with the Juno Privacy Policy and any other rules we publish, constitutes the complete user agreement.

1.2 You confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement before clicking to agree.

1.3 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement as needed. Updated agreements will be published within the application. Your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Product Description: Juno is an app for real-time video chatting with friends around the world.

2.2 Scope of License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Juno software and services. All other rights are reserved by us.

2.3 Device and Network: You are responsible for providing your own terminal equipment (e.g., smartphone) capable of using the video chat service and for bearing the associated internet access fees and data charges.

2.4 Service Changes: To improve user experience or based on operational, security, and compliance needs, we may update, change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time.

3. Account

3.1 Registration: You need to register using a mobile phone number or a supported third-party platform account. You promise to provide true and accurate information (such as age, gender) during registration and bear legal responsibility for it. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering.

3.2 Account Security: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use your account. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Disposition: If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures such as restricting, temporarily freezing, or permanently banning your account without prior notice.

4. User Code of Conduct

Given the nature of Juno's 1v1 video chat, compliance of user behavior is paramount. When using the Service, you are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or storing any of the following content, or engaging in any of the following behaviors:

4.1 Prohibited Content:

• Pornography and Nudity: Any obscene, pornographic content that violates human dignity or involves sexual innuendo.
• Harassment and Offense: Content that abuses, insults, threatens, harasses others, or incites racial or gender hatred.
• Illegality and Harm: Content that encourages illegal activities (e.g., terrorism, violence), displays drugs or weapons, or glorifies self-harm or violence.
• Infringement of Rights: Content that infringes upon the lawful rights of others, such as intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights.
• Involving Minors: Absolutely prohibited is any content involving or potentially seducing/harming minors, including but not limited to images/voices of minors or descriptions of inappropriate interactions targeting minors.
• Fraud and Falsity: Content that impersonates others, engages in fraudulent activities, spreads malware, or spam.
• Commercial Activity: Unauthorized advertising, sales, solicitation, or redirecting to other platforms.
• Other: Any other content we deem negative or inappropriate in accordance with applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors:

• Interfering with Service: Disrupting or damaging the normal operation of the Service or its servers/networks in any way.
• Circumventing Measures: Attempting to bypass content filtering, security features, or accessing unauthorized areas of the service.
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Service (except as expressly permitted by law).
• Unauthorized Data Collection: Collecting personal information of other users or third parties without authorization.
• Source Manipulation: Manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of transmitted content.

5. Virtual Items and Payment Terms

5.1 Definition of Virtual Items: The Juno Service may offer digital products such as virtual tokens ("Coins"), virtual gifts ("Gifts"), and virtual points ("Points") (collectively, "Virtual Items").

5.2 Purchase and Use: Purchase and use of Virtual Items are limited to users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). "Coins" can be used to purchase "Gifts" to send to other users. Receiving Gifts with monetary value can earn "Points," which may be withdrawn subject to meeting applicable conditions. Virtual Items are non-exchangeable for cash, fiat currency, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-reimbursable. They are only valid within the Juno platform. All sales are final.

5.3 User Operation Responsibility: You confirm and agree that before conducting any top-up or purchase operation, you have carefully verified and confirmed the top-up account, amount, and other relevant options. Any losses or consequences resulting from top-up errors (e.g., wrong account, amount, or type) due to your own reasons such as input errors, improper operation, or misunderstanding of the top-up billing method shall be borne solely by you. Juno shall not bear any liability for compensation or reimbursement.

5.4 Non-Refundability and Finality: You expressly acknowledge and agree that all payments for the purchase and exchange of Virtual Items through this Service are final and non-refundable. Juno has no obligation to provide you with a refund for any reason. Whether your account is closed voluntarily or involuntarily (including termination for violating this Agreement), any unused Virtual Items in your account will automatically become void, and you will not receive any cash payment or other form of compensation for them.

5.5 Pricing Policy: Juno is a globally operated platform. The pricing of Virtual Items and subscription services is influenced by various factors. We may frequently offer promotional prices, which can vary based on factors such as the user's region, subscription period, and bundle size. Furthermore, we reserve the right to regularly test new features, new service packages, and different payment options, and related pricing may be adjusted at any time.

5.6 Payment and Authorization: Prices are as displayed at the point of purchase. You authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge your chosen payment method.

5.7 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew at the original price after the initial subscription period ends unless you actively cancel it. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must manually do so through the relevant settings.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

6.1 Content License: By creating, posting, transmitting, or storing any content (including video, audio, text, images, collectively "UGC") through the Juno Service, you grant Juno a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from such UGC to operate and improve the Service.

6.2 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your UGC. You warrant that your UGC does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, portrait rights).

6.3 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to use automated tools and manual review for all UGC and to remove any content we deem to violate this Agreement or is otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion. However, you understand and agree that we cannot guarantee the detection of all violating content and provide no warranty regarding its accuracy or legality.

6.4 Content Deletion: The license granted above will terminate within a reasonable time after you delete UGC or close your account, except for content already used for promotion or required to be retained by law.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Service may contain content provided by third parties or links to third-party websites. We have no control over and do not endorse the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content. You access any third-party links or engage in transactions with them entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Juno Service itself and its content (excluding user UGC), including text, graphics, logos, and software code, belong to Juno or relevant rights holders. This Agreement does not expressly grant you any intellectual property rights.

8.2 Your Rights: You retain the intellectual property rights in the UGC you create. However, according to Section 6.1, you have granted us the necessary license to use it.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if: (a) you violate this Agreement; (b) you engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior; or (c) it is necessary for technical or commercial reasons. Upon termination, you will lose access to any Virtual Items in your account and are not entitled to any refund or compensation.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is": The Juno Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

10.2 Content Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any User-Generated Content (UGC) and are not liable for any offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate content you may encounter while using the Service. This Agreement does not create any private right of action for any third party concerning user content.

10.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Privacy and Data

We take your privacy very seriously. For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information (especially video and audio data), please read the separate Juno Privacy Policy carefully.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with its rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Contact and Complaints: We value your user experience. If you have any questions or complaints regarding our products, services, payments, or this Agreement, you can contact our online customer service via the in-app feature [Message - Online Customer Service] or email us at service@juno.center. We will handle your feedback promptly.

13.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
